Table & Chair Hire for a Wedding at Hatswell Meadows

We have found over the past few years that many of our wedding clients hire in extra tables and chairs from wedding and venue event companies who deliver to to wedding venues in Devon and Somerset. To help with your planning and budget we have purchased some banquet tables, chairs & Linen and can hire these exclusively for use at Hatswell Meadows.

Chairs

Available for hire are 36 banquet chairs. 32 match & 4 are taller more imposing for principals.
Cost £1.50 per Chair
Stacking Banquet Chair with dark pink upholstered and padded backs and seats.

Tables

Available for hire are 3 Round Moulded Plastic Tables
5ft in diameter each seats 8-10
Cost £5.50 per table

2 Rectangle Buffet Tables Seats 4-6
Cost £4 per table

Chair Covers

40 White Polyester Cotton Chair Covers with a choice of Organza Ties
£2,50 per Cover with Organza Tie
Mint Green, Burgundy, Citrus Gold, Dusky Pink, Baby Pink or Ivory

For every Organza Tie ordered 50 pence will be donated to Marie Curie.

Table Linens

White Linen Table Cloths can be supplied to fit the large rectangular dining table at Hatswell Meadows £8.
3 Circular white tablecloths to fit 5ft diameter tables (As Above) £6 per table.
2 rectangular to fit buffet tables £6
40 White Linen Napkins are also available £1 per Napkin.
