Hatswell Meadows is a luxury holiday rental in Devon. The starting day for holidays or short breaks is a Friday or Monday.

The price is for up to 10 guests staying at the house to enjoy a holiday or short break.

The price and availability pages for 2010 and 2011 are kept up to date with confirmed bookings. We do however reserve bookings for guests for up to 7 days to enable guests to get the paperwork to us, so if you want to reserve then please give us a ring and we will willingly reserve your booking but it will not go "live" until it is cofirmed.

The price quoted on our website includes VAT at the standard rate.

The Wedding Supplement is payable for any booking that includes a wedding ceremony or celebration party. This supplement covers our costs to license the house as a wedding venue with Devon County Council and to provide a "resposible person " to oversee the legalities required by the registrars before and during a civil wedding or partnership ceremony. If you are intending to hold a wedding during your stay at Hatswell Meadows please contact the registrar for further information.
