The Lounge and Galleried Hall

The luxurious lounge has a feature hand crafted  fireplace, and sweeping floor to ceiling curtains which combine with the house's under floor heating to present a cosy and intimate room all year round.The galleried dining hall is the focus of the house with a  bespoke split level stairwell; with mezzanine landing. It is said that the master craftsman who provided the iron work for the stairs went on to work on the restoration of Windsor Castle.  The hall is flooded with light from its double height windows that span the roof of the house and reflect in polished limestone floor. The large oak dining table seats up to 12. Why not enjoy the services of the travelling chef .

The Kitchen

The large farmhouse style kitchen was built just for Hatswell Meadows from American Oak with granite worktops. The tiles were imported from France. There is a full size dishwasher, blue Aga, modern fan oven and hob. The kitchen has  an integral drinks cooler and an American style fridge/freezer. In the utility room is a washing machine and tumble drier

The Bedrooms

There are four individually designed bedrooms, which sleep 8/10.  The Master suite is opulence itself; it features a king size, brass Laura Ashley four poster bed and a deluxe ensuite with twin sinks set in honeyed marble, a separate shower and double sized bath.  The guest suite has another king size bed, an American oak sleigh bed and leads onto a modern Sottini ensuite set in monochrome marble.  The third bedroom is decorated and furnished in Biba style. The beds in the Biba room can be arranged as a super size King or 2 singles beds.  A further large bedroom has a French feel and has up to 4 single beds.  These bedrooms are serviced by a huge luxury family bathroom.

We provide a travel cot but ask you to bring your own babies linen.
