About Us

Our names are Clive and Wendy and we live with our four children, two dogs and cat who come and go at various times, in the old farmhouse at West Tosberry near Hartland on the North Devon coast. Before establishing ourselves in Devon, Clive was a superintendent for the RSPCA and Wendy was a Head teacher in Dorset.

Under the business name of West Tosberry Property Lettings, we offer luxury family self catering accommodation throughout Devon in family friendly cottages. We have a  property management consultancy to help you to make this lifestyle change.

We search out cottages in stunning locations with an aim to offering our clients 'something extra' to enjoy on your holiday - such as a private indoor heated swimming pool (www.countrycottageplus.co.uk), or the bank of a river for exclusive fishing. We own all of our cottages and personally supervise every aspect of your self catering accommodation in order to ensure our very high standards.  

Over the last year we have received recognition in a variety of national newspapers and magazines, including The Sunday Telegraph, Esquire, Zest, and the Green Parent.
