Hatswell Meadows is licensed for weddings and civil partnerships.The legal wedding or civil partnership ceremony must be conducted by one of the local registrars from the Mid Devon District Office.
Any wedding ceremony, whatever the season, conducted at Hatswell Meadows is private, small and unique making it an ideal location for a small wedding in Devon.
The house is cosy warm in the winter months and weddings around Christmas time are a popular choice. The garden in spring time is riot of colour. In summer the rose garden is in bloom and later the golds of Autumn takeover.
So many couples have asked us to provide an outside wedding venue in the garden at Hatswell Meadows and we are pleased that Devon County Council have lisenced our new Garden Arbor as suitable for weddings and civil partnerships. A romantic wedding outside in our Devon garden is now possible
